Historic Mapping
As well as having an extensive collection of Nicolson Maps back list, we are able to supply historical Ordnance Survey large scale mapping.
We supply historical Ordnance Survey Mapping in the form of an Historical Map Report. This gives you A3 sized extracts with your property at the centre at 1/10560 (6” series) or 1/10000 mapping as well as 1/2500 or 1/1250 mapping. The Historical Map Report provides you with extracts of every available date of large scale map available. (Unfortunately this does not mean you can get a specific map for a specific date)
The dates of the available Ordnance Survey mapping depends on where you are in the country. Generally mapping is available from 1840’s onwards.
The cost of an Ordnance Survey Historical Mapping report is £135 + VAT for the report supplied as a .pdf file
For copies of the older Nicolson Maps that are now out of print, we hold the entire archive and are able to print many of these off for you on request.
